rooted in creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients
can move beyond survival and begin to rebuild their lives. With a background as a
Behavioral Health Technician, Group Facilitator, and Case Manager, Katie has a
comprehensive understanding of the recovery process. Her work is trauma-informed
and strengths-based, focusing on helping clients build coping skills, regulate
emotions, and develop resilience. As a mother of three and a person in recovery
herself, Katie brings a unique blend of empathy, compassion, and professional
expertise to her role.
