Drew Kilpatrick serves as a Case Manager, providing client-centered, compassionate,
and evidence-based clinical support to individuals navigating substance use and cooccurring challenges. His expertise lies in problem-solving and resource navigation,
assisting clients with everything from FMLA and short-term disability to employment
searches and access to community resources. For Drew, this work is more than a job—
it is a calling. His own journey in recovery, and growing up in a family impacted by
addiction, has given him a profound understanding of the power of hope and human
connection. He is dedicated to walking alongside clients, sharing his own story to
show that a fulfilling life is possible.
